JEAN DANKER Hello and welcome to my webpage! We were told by the boss to write something new so thought I'd share a silly nugget on how my love for radio started.
I remember being 14 and sitting in front of my radio, (the biggest black box you'd ever seen) staring into it like it was a TV set with my favourite programme on, listening intently to the deejays, the music, the station jingles, trailers, commercials and wondering to myself how all that happened....
How that all came to be, who's ideas were they etc...
It was love at first listen. So here I am today, 10 years and one station change later, still chugging at it.
On cartunes from 5 to 9pm.
