1. This contest is open to all Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents currently residing in Singapore, excluding employees of MediaCorp Pte Ltd (The Organiser), SilkAir (S) Private Limited (“SilkAir”) and its subsidiaries, their families, agencies, advisors, suppliers and any persons assisting or involved in this promotion.
2. Participants must be 18 years or older as of 1 January 2010.
3. This contest will run from 1 February to 21 June 2010.
4. Winner(s) will be selected randomly via a lucky draw. Odds of winning are 1 out of 20.
5. Limit one (1) winner per household for contest.
6. An individual may only qualify once per week/prize. If not selected, individual may try to qualify in the following week for a new prize.
7. An individual may only win one time over the course of the contest.
8. Upon notification of winning, Winner(s) is required to provide all travel information of winner(s) and companion(s) (ie. Full Name (as in passport), Gender, Passport no., Date of Issue & Expiry on passport, (passport must have 6 months validity), Nationality, Date of Birth, Office contact no./ Home telephone no./ Mobile no., Fax no., E-mail address, Special Meal Requirements (Vegetarian, Muslim meals), Special room requests - smoking / non-smoking, T-shirt size for Winner(s) and companion(s).
9. Should Winner(s) be uncontactable within the span of 30 minutes on the draw date, another name will be selected as the prize winner.
10. Should Winner(s) be unable to provide the required information by the stipulated date, Winner(s) forfeits the prize. The Organiser will then draw another winner.

1. Prizes won must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, partially or wholly or other goods/services, and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
2. Winner(s) and companion(s) must be able to travel on stipulated dates determined by The Organiser and SilkAir which is found on www.class95.sg
3. Approximate value of prizes vary.
4. Trip dates and travel accommodations cannot be changed by winner(s). Winner(s) and travel companion must travel on the same dates, itinerary and fare class.
5. Winner(s) and companion(s) are responsible for ensuring that all travel papers required for travel to the destination are in good order, and are valid prior to, and for the entire duration of the prize(s) period.
6. The Organiser retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
7. Prize, unless otherwise stated, refers to a pair of SilkAir Economy Class air tickets, inclusive of airport taxes and other charges that are collected upon ticketing, 3 days 2 nights hotel double-occupancy accommodation (2pax to 1 room), airport/hotel transfers and breakfast for 2.
8. Tickets and packages issued will be non-extendable, non-transferable, non-reroutable, non-refundable, non-upgradable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other services; and subject to seat and room availability. Air tickets are non-FFP mileage accruable. Travel under this agreement does not include excess baggage charges, other expenses such as own leisure tours, F&B (excepted hosted tours), shopping, entertainment, hotel mini-bar, laundry, telephone/internet etc. Visa fees, and airport taxes payable upon departure at destination will be paid for by Winner(s) and companion(s). Excess baggage waiver will not be granted. Once the tickets are issued, requests for changes of the Winner(s) and companion(s) names and traveling sectors made two working days or less before the date of travel will be subject to SilkAir’s approval. Request for additional tickets or/and rooms over and above the agreed prize are to be submitted to SilkAir’s appointed travel agent, Euro-Asia; and will be payable by Winner(s). Subject to seat and room availability. No discounts will be given. Other terms and conditions apply.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to change the prize and/or the terms and conditions of this promotion at its discretion without prior notice or liability to Winner(s).
10. The Organiser shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any claims, losses, damage, injury, costs or expenses in connection with or arising out of this promotion, the redemption or use of the prizes.
11. By claiming the prize, the winner authorises the use, without additional compensation of his/her name and/or likeness and/or voice/photograph for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any many and in any medium (including without limitation, radio broadcasts, newspapers and other publications and in television or film releases, slides, videotape, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which The Organiser, SilkAir and its authorised partners may deem appropriate.

13. The Organiser shall have the sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other reason whatsoever.
14. All decisions made by The Organiser in respect of this promotion or in the event of any dispute are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
15. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
16. The Organiser reserves the right to change and/or amend the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion, as it deems necessary without prior notice.

1. Upon verbal acceptance of prize with The Organiser, winner must travel and fulfil all Winner(s) obligations stated below. If Winner(s) does not fulfil any of the below stated, winner(s) forfeits the prize(s) and will then be liable to pay for the full cost of the trip to SilkAir.
2. Winner(s) is required to personally collect the travel pack (contains all travel documents, journal, Class 95 T-shirt, etc.) from SilkAir’s Sales office at 371 Beach Road, #17-08 Keypoint Singapore 199597, on Wednesday from 12noon to 5.30pm. Contact Number: (65) 6506-8099
3. The Winner(s) during his/her trip may be required to visit designated areas or tours.
4. Winner(s) is also obligated to be interviewed by Class 95 to tell of their experiences during and after the trip.
5. Winner(s) is also obligated to take a picture of himself/herself and companion at an iconic location of the destination wearing the Class 95FM tee-shirt and SilkAir cap that was issued to him/her before departure.
6. Winner(s) is also obligated to take a picture of himself/herself and companion with the SilkAir aircraft during boarding at the destination, or onboard (with the cabin seats, crew, meals etc).
7. After returning to Singapore, winner(s) must send to Class 95 within 5 days, a 300-word travelogue with inclusion of pictures with captions that covers the highlights of their trip.
8. Winner(s) will also need to complete and submit the hard copy journal to SilkAir with entries of each day’s activities together with an explanation of activities within 7 working days.
9. The copyrights of journal, travelogues and pictures will be co-owned by MediaCorp Pte Ltd and SilkAir.
10. If Winner(s) is unable to produce journal, travelogues and pictures after the trip, winner(s) forfeits the prize(s) and will then be liable to pay for the full cost of the trip to SilkAir.
